Theft of smokers’ sundries from store in Market Place, Nuneaton.

Warwickshire Police are appealing to the local community for information following an incident of theft of smokers’ sundries from a store in Market Place, Nuneaton.

This occurred at 09:45 on 30/08/2019.

An offender entered the store and took £227 worth of Nicorette items and put them into a bag. He also put £29 worth of Lynx deodorant into the bag. When challenged, he became abusive towards staff.

He is described as a white male, late 30s, medium build, wearing a black and white striped top, and blue jeans. He was carrying a paper bag, and an Aldi shopping bag.

Police are currently examining CCTV footage.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Warwickshire police on 101, quoting incident number 235 on 30/08/2019.
